David Cohen is a South Florida Realtor with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals from Miami to Palm Beach.

Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, David moved to South Florida in 2002 and earned his degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2010, he has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and a calm, strategic approach to every transaction.

Drawing on his diverse background in hospitality, healthcare recruiting, and financial services, David offers a well-rounded perspective and strong problem-solving skills. His ability to connect with clients, understand their goals from their point of view, and craft personalized strategies sets him apart in today’s competitive market.

David also leverages his extensive network and unique strategies to uncover off-market homes and investment opportunities throughout South Florida. Over the years, he’s helped families, retirees, and investors alike find the perfect property — from luxury condos to single-family homes and new construction. One of his career highlights includes representing the sale of a Miami penthouse once owned by famed designer Christian Audigier, creator of Von Dutch and Ed Hardy.

Outside of real estate, David is a devoted husband and father of two boys. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring all that South Florida has to offer.
