Since becoming licensed in 2010, he has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and personalized service, specializing in luxury homes, condos, investment opportunities, off-market homes, and active adult 55+ communities. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, David earned his degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and brings a unique background in hospitality, healthcare recruiting, and financial services to every transaction.
Known for his strategic approach, strong negotiation skills, and in-depth local market knowledge, David tailors every buying or selling experience to his clients' unique goals. He has successfully represented everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, including the sale of a Miami penthouse formerly owned by renowned designer Christian Audigier.
